I went to play my copy of Pokemon Emerald today and I got a message saying my internal clock has run dry. Does that mean I won't be able to save anymore?

It just means that time related stuff like berries won't work

So yeah, don't plant any berries. Also you will never get the NeverMeltIce or the ShellBell (because the tides in Shoal Cave are a time based event)

That happened to my games a few years ago, I just stopped playing them and played ROMs on my computer instead.
