Looking to spend max of $40-50 for a joystick to use with flight simulators - I'd get the Saitek X52 but its too much money. Main alternative seems to be this:

I went to the big local electronics retailer (Fry's) who have a huge selection of almost everything computer related, but they had almost no joysticks so I haven't been able to see the above in person. Anyone have one, or can suggest any good alternatives?
