I hate this, mags, goblin, elf i just hate all this crap, mayby not entirely.

I wonder if one could not do cRPG, without fantasy elements

Once i tried The Elder Scrolls IV, nice graphic, but it's to fantasy to me.

I really love Mass Effect: Trilogy i thinks it's best game ever.

cRPG?

Um...

What?

I'm familiar with WRPG and JRPG, but what's a cRPG?

cRPG is "Computer RPG". It's typically used to describe the whole "Wasteland/Ultima" style of RPG that came out on the PC/Amiga/Apple II in the eighties and nineties as a distinct entity from the Console RPG. Usually it was based on D&D mechanics and had a great deal more freedom. It was western dominated and usually was considered to stand in opposition to the Final-Fantasy-style jRPGs.

I say was, because like adventure games, it's dwindled as technology improved.

As for the offshoots that you might want to give a shot that aren't fantasy...

Try Fallout, Wasteland 2 (When it comes out), Mass Effect, Jade Empire, Alpha Protocol, Gorky 17, Jagged Alliance, and Deus Ex. They aren't strictly cRPGs, but they're the descendants of the genre.

The Fallout series was mentioned already. Post-apocalyptic world with a very unique style. The games have different endings, and even different endings for many of the locations you visit. Fallout: New Vegas is fairly recent. It is more sandboxy than Mass effect (I think, never played ME). Essentially Oblivion or Skyrim without the fantasy. I think Fallout 3 and New Vegas even run on some version of the Oblivion engine.
Fallout 1 and 2 are 2d games with turn-based combat. I couldn't get 1 to run properly on my system, but 2 works fine here.

Another one might be Vampire: Bloodlines. Vampires and such are fantasy, but the game is set in modern Los Angeles. It doesn't feel like fantasy when you are gunning down gangsters with a shotgun. This game also has one of the funniest tutorials in the beginning. Jack is a very colourful character.

One thing I wish we saw more of is historical RPGs. There's a handful out there but none that really stand out as being "great"

Idunno, I thought Darklands was a really awesome game.

I would play it. I read about it and i would like to play it, if someone make remake :D

I looking for something based in history with good story but without BS like magic, mags, wizard etc. :-)

Probably the closest you'll come to an RPG like that is the Mount & Blade series. It's fantasy, but no magic or elves. There's no story, but a lot of mods add one, and a lot of mods trash the low fantasy setting for a pure historical one, like Brytenwalda, which is about the British Dark Ages.

The one you my want to try is the third game. It's actually kinda got a story. It's set around the events of Henryk Sienkiewicz's books.

I dunno, I like the Elder Scrolls lore more than the actual games, sometimes. I'm not exactly the biggest fantasy fan, either.
