It's a great system, but the charger is split into two parts so it's easy to lose. Persona 4 Golden is the top must-buy in it's library, despite being a port of the original PS2 one. I've beaten it, and have confirmed it myself.
3DS is still beating it somewhat though - and since more MegaTen games have come out on that so far, I'd have to say that takes priority for me.
Fortunately I already have that too
What? MegaTen games should be either on both, or neither. Not one or the other.
The Persona franchise has always been Sony-exclusive. Not counting the PSP, however, P4G is the only MegaTen exclusive on the system. Right now, 3DS has Soul Hackers, and the upcoming SMTIV. (I should really get that preordered already.)
Right now, that's two to one. Although I might be forgetting some.
Megaten has a history with both Ninty and Sony. In fact, to my understanding, Megaten predates the Playstation brand. I'm pretty sure all Megaten games have been exclusive to one system or another, excluding the psp and vita Persona ports, and P4A, which was a multiplat fighting game, and the only Megaten game to appear on the 360(though no actual Persona game has been released on anything other than a Sony system). I'm all for Megaten exclusives to be honest, because they are optimized for the system they are on, and give people a reason to own those systems. I can't see P4:G working nearly as well or being nearly as good on the 3ds, and if it was multiplat no one would get a vita for it. On the flip side, the Megaten games on the 3ds seem to make good use of the system's dual screens, and I doubt people would want a port of a really old Megaten game on a system as powerful as the vita.
