Here are all the Mario games I've beaten:

Super Mario Bros. (this and the next three were the Super Mario All-Stars version)
Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels (before I beat the original!)

Super Mario World

Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins
Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3

Yoshi's Story (very peculiar how it looks like it's for little kids yet is quite challenging enough for any adult!)
Mario Kart 64

Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

Super Mario Galaxy

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Super Mario 3D Land (currently working on 5 sparkling stars)
Mario Kart 7 (currently working on getting to 10,000 VR and 10,000 coins to unlock all the parts - I have 3 stars)

I'd really have to sit down to figure out which ones I've beaten or not...

Also, there's games like Super Mario 64 (DS) and Super Mario Galaxy where technically I've beaten them, but haven't collected all of the stars. I've got one star left in 64, which I'm sure I will never get (it just unlocks some dumb card game, anyway), and I have a whole slew left of stars left in Galaxy.
