Are those pokemon games on gamecube pretty good? last pokemon game I played was the Gameboy version and the n64 pokemon snap...
Was happy to find baten at a shop not too far away...they have a really good selection...just wish their master system section was bigger...but they had a lot of Gameboy and a whole 5 or 6 rows of shelving for gamecube
Do you have the gameboy adapter? it is surprisingly pretty cool to play Gameboy games on a big screen with the gamecube controller...kind of kicking myself I didn't pickup digimon for Gameboy the other day for $10...will probably pick it up eventually though at that same store
Pretty good collection
My brother's GameCube really, but the games there are as follows:
SSX 3
SSX On Tour
Star Wars: Rebel Strike Rogue Squadron 3
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
The Urbz
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
Shadow the Hedgehog
Need for Speed: Cruise Control
Enter the Matrix
I was borrowing one from a friend for a while...I would probably still be borrowing it today, but there was something wrong with it, so I gave it back to him. It kept dropping frames for some reason, and it bugged the heck out of me. Never heard of anyone else having this problem, so it was probably just a defective unit.
Also, I did not find it "pretty cool" to play GB games with a Cube controller =) The d-pad is too stiff and tiny, and not very comfortable to use. Hori makes a gamepad for the Cube that's styled more like an SNES controller (but with the weird Cube setup for the BAXY buttons), but it's too expensive =/
Maybe some day I'll pick up one of those converters that let you plug in different controllers (from other consoles).

I was a pretty big fan of the Gamecube back in the day, and though my collection of games is currently in disarray, I can still revisit many of my old favorites thanks to the magic of emulation.
Anyhow, some of my favorite GameCube games include:
- Super Smash Brothers: Melee (Probably one of my favorite games of all time, no joke. I still think it has a vastly superior gameplay feel to Brawl.)
- Skies of Arcadia: Legends (One of the first JRPGs I ever got into, and still one of the best. It's a great example of a game that manages to combine fun gameplay with charming characters and a decent plot.)
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (I'll admit, I've never gotten very far on this game, but from what I've played of it I've enjoyed it a lot. Along with its enjoyable gameplay, it also has what may be one of the greatest graphical styles I've ever seen in a game.)
- TimeSplitters 2/Future Perfect (Fast-paced FPS gameplay with a huge variety of wild weapons and characters, all in the spirit of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on the N64. Need I say more?)
- StarFox: Assault (People often give this game crap, and while I can sort of see why with its laughable voice acting and somewhat awkward on-foot missions, the rest of the game is classic StarFox, with shiny graphics to boot. )
- Phantasy Star Online: Episodes I&II (Great Diablo-esque hack n' slash game, with extensive character customization and even local cooperative multiplayer! It's a shame the Gamecube's online service never took off though, otherwise we could all be playing Episode 5 on the Wii U or something.)

Pretty good collection
Pokemon Colosseum & X D are awesome, and the ONLY console RPGs in the franchise ( most of the other console Pokemon games are Stadium type games or odd spin-offs like Channel...wish they'd do a Pokemon Snap 2, though. ). Opponents use what are referred to as shadow Pokemon, which you can steal from them similar to how you catch them in a standard Pokemon game. This purifies them and makes them YOUR Pokemon.
No Game Boy Player though. Just never got around to getting one, and my only options now are online ( translation: likely to be grossly overpriced ). Not a big deal to me, though. I still have a GBA SP to play my Game Boy games on, and I don't like the GCN controller for 2D games tbh

I used to have a Gameboy Player, and that thing was the bomb! I loved being able to play stuff like Fire Emblem and Metroid Fusion on my TV, and even though I already had it for the SNES, I often played the GBA version of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past since I could play it for a bit on the Player, then stick it in my GBA if I was going somewhere and continue on the same save file.
I was borrowing one from a friend for a while...I would probably still be borrowing it today, but there was something wrong with it, so I gave it back to him. It works better with some then others...you can use the joystick pad as well..which would otherwise not be available...but for more precision oriented games it can be annoying...dpad is in a little bit awkward position and is a bit small...I was just surprised most games look pretty decent though...
Not playing for awhile due to needing desperately to improve my life lol, but the short period I had the CUbe before I got a Wii, i had pokemon xd (awesome when i was 10 lol) SSBM!! !! !! !! !! !! ! and if it counts I have MP trilogy on Wii. Awesome games.
Really looking forward someday to playing Eternal Darkness and Baiten Kaitos among a couple others.
Proabbly PC emulation for the GFX

Almost the entire Resident Evil series is available on GameCube, or at least all the good ones. There is a Resident Evil 1 remake that I highly recommend. There is Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil Code Veronica X, and as you mentioned Resident Evil 4. There is also Resident Evil 0, but I haven't played it yet.
