and downloading map packs for some call of duty games I have how many GB does that use up?
all I've got is a small 15 GB wifi box and I don't want to use up all my downloads.

Even a pc can get full, much like a ps3 or xbox, it just takes longer. I was surprised to see I've almost used up all my gigabytes on my gaming pc.... and I've already used up all my data on ps3...

It depends on which games / map packs you're referring to.
Generally, playing multiplayer games doesn't use a lot of bandwidth.

Downloading a bunch of COD map packs might burn through a few Gb or so, though... but it depends on how many you mean, which maps, etc.

I think the Rezurrection maps can be comparatively big... like, around 1 Gb or so.
I never had BoPS 2 or Ghosts, so I'm not sure how big any of the DLC for those would be.

I really am not sure how much bandwidth multiplayer uses, but it's not likely to be too bad I think.

It seems to me that he's asking about wifi bandwidth rather than hard drive space.

The cheapest 1Tb hard drive I could find on Amazon is £50.
You could get 20 console games for that price, or more... depending on what you buy.

1Tb hard drives are very cheap nowadays though.
