Saw this a while back. His custom MSU-1 chip is great. I take it you saw his awesome Super Road Blaster conversion for the SNES using his chip.

Higan is a great emulator. On a superficial level, it doesn't look much different than a typical SNES emulator other than the high system requirements, but I simply like the fact that it's cycle-accurate, and that games played on it feel just like they do on the actual system. I used ZSNES and SNES9x for years, and while those are great for playing SNES games on lower-spec systems, they don't capture the "feel" 100%, and they often have little bugs and quirks that take away from the experience.
