how to cope with twitches while playing pc games

i have really bad twitches as i have cerebral palsy and it gets me int a lot of trouble playing minecraft.

does anybody else experience this and how do you cope with it

Hm, I'm curious, exactly what kinds of twitches do you mean? And are they constant/frequent?

I had a friend awhile back who had something somewhat similar, and she did manage to deal with it for gaming, but I dunno that her method or her symptoms are close to yours.

yes they are frequent. basically my body moves on its own. my arms twitch, my legs twitch, my neck twitches and sometimes my back twitches and that is weird as it makes me bounce in bed when it happens.

A brain?computer interface springs to mind, so to speak, but the technology might not yet be fully developed/adapted for gaming.

Way back in the day I knew someone who had CP, the keyboard and I expect mouse too had an input delay built in somewhere in the system to compensate for the users showed and erratic movements, might get annoying though to have to wait.
