I hate to say it, but you might find that one difficult to deal with.
Looking it up, I've found recent (as in very recent) threads about this on the tech support side of the main Battle.net forums in relation to SC2..... it's a long line of people pointing out that they have the same exact problem, and.... there's no answer to the thread yet. At all. It's been going for like a month and a half now...
The best suggestion I have is not to install it via the disc. The game should have come with a game key; go into your account on their main site, and instead of installing it from the disc, add the game key to your account (which you have to do anyway) and download it from their site. That's the only potential solution I saw anywhere.
Otherwise, the best you can do is to contact their tech support guys, and I DONT mean via a forum (because it'll take a billionty years to get an answer). You'd need a direct chat with one, or a phone call, whichever they use for it. Them helping you in real time is MUCH more effective than answers via a forum.
Wish I had something else for you, but as I only download games these days (havent done a disc install in years), I cant really help much. Battle.net and it's associated games have never given me issues.
