Something.... Weird... Something...
It's a simplified roguelike; I wouldnt expect too much. Even the really hard games of that type (all of which are PC-only) tend to be very repetitive. It's part of the nature of the genre, except that the Mystery Dungeon games take away alot of the other parts of the genre that make up for this. It's also partly due to the developer; I'm very familiar with Chunsoft's (now Spike Chunsoft, sigh) games, and this is their traditional way of doing things. The Mystery Dungeon games are not confined to Pokemon (though the Pokemon ones are by far the easiest), and even the other ones (the Shiren series, though I think they dropped the "mystery dungeon" part of the title with the most recent Shiren games) are... well, frankly, they're all pretty much the same (with certain mechanic differences). They havent changed their formula in ages. Minor tweaks, sure, but still. All of Chunsoft's games of this genre tend to be VERY similar and have been for a long time.
As for me, I might grab Dr. Mario, provided I remember. I always liked those games.
The other stuff I dont care about.
Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash is now my 2nd most important game of the year ( Xenoblade Chronicles X is still #1 ), especially since it's bundled with the Amiibo ( and I can't wait to see what other Amiibo functionality they add ). I watched a GameXplain discussion video that mentioned something about fans being iffy about it being a sidescrolling platformer, but I love the idea ( and it lends more to his Smash potential ) since every new Chibi-Robo game changes the gameplay if you pay attention ( Park Patrol took place in a public park and centered around growing flowers & returning the park to its former beauty; the stupidly Japan only 3rd game went back to it's roots a bit, but relied on gimmicky touch controls though it did introduce the vacuum cleaner tool and his ability to extend the length of his cord; Photo Finder revlved around using the 3DS's terrible camera to take photos of things to become Nostaljunk as well as some fun minigames...but it's totally unplayable now thanks to a glitch that crashes the game when you attempt to use the Chibi PC ).
The new Art Academy will supposedly have Amiibo support, though exactly what & how is unkown at this time
LBX just makes me want a new Custom Robo.....
Never got into the Mystery Dungeon games ( I tried a few, even as far back as Chocobo's Dungeon for the original Playstation )...but that Wailord though....
Man, if Nintendo can get me this excited with just Chibi-Robo, imagine what's going to happen when their E3 Direct hits

Oh geez, that's right, E3 is coming up, isnt it...
Bound to get everyone everywhere chattering non-stop about whatever damn things are revealed from the various companies involved. Usually takes awhile for them to shut up about it.
I'll watch plenty of it myself, though I have no interest at all in the reveals that'll happen there. I'm only interested in it's potential for comedy.
It'll be interesting to see what some people think of those things in this place though.
