How the hell do you make a Sims 2 movie?

Has anyone here made a movie on a Sims 2 lot before? I have a creative mind, and I keep on having an urge to create a movie on the Sims 2, like some of the ones I have seen on Youtube. I want to make a movie of a single mother with 4 children; one NT, one Autistic, and twins with ADHD and dyslexia, and the movie would be about how the mother copes bringing her children up. I wish there was a real movie about this kind of thing out there, but I still want to create a movie like this on the Sims 2.

I've tried looking up on Google how to make a Sims 2 movie, but it doesn't say much information. Every time I try to make a movie on the Sims 2, it always goes haywire. I have trouble with the zooming in, and it never looks realistic because the walls get in the way so I can only film one corner of the room, otherwise the wall gets right in the way. Then the Sims always stand in stupid positions. I do use all the cheats (the boolprop one, and the others).

Does anyone here have any useful tips?

I wish I could help, I've been playing sims for almost 10 years, but I've never actually made a movie. There are some youtube video tutorials that might be more useful (google sims 2 tutorial movie making).

Have you tried changing your wall settings to 2 walls only? I'm sure you probably have because it is pretty basic, but thought I should mention it anyway since it sounds like you have your walls set so that all four walls are up.

Also, again you may know about this already, but there are specific movie making cheats (for example to hide the control panel, to film in widescreen, etc. Have you looked these up?

...Oh. The title made me think they were actually making a movie called "The Sims 2." I was going to make a funny joke about it, but now I can't. Rats.
