I am tired of all this sad game music. What video game music prepares you to take on the world? My nomination is the parasite eve battle theme. I especially enjoy this for Fallout: New Vegas, eliminating suckers and Radscorpions alike:

I have pretty heavy preferences for slower paced, melancholic music, (what can I say, I grew up listening to 90's grunge and alternative) but I quite like Gourmet Race from Kirby Super Star, especially the "remix" used for the Fountain of Dreams stage in Super Smash Brothers Melee.
From Saint's Row IV, I'd go with Stan Bush The Touch. I added both versions for comparison.
The original Version as remembered from the 1980s Transformers Movie
Saint's Row IV Remake Version
I don't know which version is better so I'd say they're both even.

Since you have mentioned Fallout, there is a licensed song from Fallout 3's Galaxy News Radio that you should listen:
Another very upbeat song is the theme of the Sea Cat (or Seagull, in the american translation) Restaurant, from Grandia:
But the most upbeat song I have ever listened is Sonic Generations' modern remix of Sonic Unleashed's Spagonia Rooftop Run theme:
Here is the fusion of the Generations and the Unleashed version. I prefer the strings of Generations over the guitar in the original, but I can never get tired of this song either way:
Seriously, I love this song.
