Is this a specific subgenre/subcategory/series of games that you're asking about or are you just asking about what, if any, games do we play make us angry? If it's the latter case then I have a lot to say.

Actually i am talking about what Rage Games do you play and which of these are you getting angry about. So i am talking about both genres.

Uh, I think you have to explain what a "rage game" is, exactly.

Even I've not heard that term before.

Getting my levels drained by the vampires in Baldur's Gate I and II made me rage pretty hard. Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey made me rage very hard too, with that one dungeon later on that would warp you to the very beginning if you stepped on the wrong tile. I think after a certain point after the 2nd or third dungeon the whole game became a rage fest.

Ah. Those. I usually just avoid that sort. They end up being based on muscle memory and simple repetition rather than actual skill (there's a reason why older games of that sort only gave you like, 3 lives). I dont know anyone that likes them. They're not BAD, but.... feh.

Dark souls, especially Dark Souls I was raging because of constantly starting over.

You can almost make it to the next part, and some lone zombie would kill you.

I don't think Dark Souls is that bad really, once you get use to an area and its tricks you can survive better and speed through the area on a subsequent playthrough.
