Here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head:
Harvest Moon
Rune Factory [especially RF 4]
Okami and Okamiden
Scribblenauts series
Final Fantasy [especially XIV]

What do you mean, any game that has food in it?

I liked cooking meals in tales of symphonia to restore health, you had to collect the recipes by finding the hiding scumbag chef in various hotels across the land before you could find out how to make things, yeah cause making a bloody omelette is some esoteric secret! It was satisfying seeing your meals fail before you improved your cooking level, you had to buy the ingredients from stalls and stuff to enhance the meal's effects!

I guess I'm talking about games in which you can collect/make food.

Cooking Mama

Skyrim of course! I collect pretty much every potato I see, I have a box filled with potatoes in whiterun... I pretend I go home and make mash whenever I rest back in my house. I have yet to find a masher so let me know if any other skyrimmers find a mystical masher in a dungeon! :ninja:

Does The Sims count?

It's my favourite game series, though I haven't played the new one much due to annoyance at EA about the way they're handling the series.

In that, you prepare and eat meals from a selection, and you can raise your cooking skill to unlock a wider range of meals.

Controlling my Sim's diet is always something I find fun - selecting the meals. I like to create realism by aiming for a healthy diet and allowing occasional junk food.

Currently, if a Sim eats too much of any food, they get fatter. Boring as it probably sounds to most, I always thought I'd love for this to be more in-depth where choosing junk food regularly has a much bigger impact on a Sim's size and fitness, which could be improved with healthier food choices.

Vanillaware games tend to feature food, like Muramasa and Odin Sphere.

EarthBound has a HUGE variety of food.
There isn't any cooking, but you can combine food with condiments to improve them.

The Atelier series has you basically crafting food, among many other things.

^It's the same in Rune Factory 4: you go into a sealed off 1,000 year old tower/cave/whatever, and what do you find? You find chocolate cake and cookies, of all things, inside treasure chests!
