Just beat Ozma for the first time in FF9!!
I had completed the Friendly Enemies sidequest, so Ozma was weak against Darkness and could be reached physically by physical attackers.
My party was:
Jitan/Zidane at Lv. 70 (to attract Lv. 5 Death instead of Meteor; guards against Darkness through Egoist's Armlet)
Salamander/Amarant at Lv. 61 (with Magic Return set; absorbs Holy and Darkness through Fuyuu-seki Shard/Pumice Piece)
Vivi at Lv. 64 (Ozma still cast Lv. 4 Holy even though Vivi absorbs Holy; with Magic Return set; absorbs Holy and Darkness through Fuyuu-seki Shard/Pumice Piece)
Eiko at Lv. 63 (with Emerald Carbuncle to cast Haste on all party members; with Watch/Boost set; guards against Darkness through Egoist's Armlet)
All party members either absorbed or nullified Jihad/Doomsday due to its Dark-elemental nature. (It's kinda ironic that the name of the spell in the Japanese version, Jihad, is a reference to a holy war, but the spell itself is actually Dark-elemental rather than Holy-elemental.) All party members were set to Auto-Regen.
My general strategy was to get Aura cast on Eiko and if Meteor were cast, wiping everybody out, then Eiko would revive. I would then have Eiko cast Phoenix to revive the other party members and then get Salamander/Amarant to cast Aura on her again. If all the characters were Mini'd, then Eiko would cast Mini on the whole party, or I'd just use Bannou-yaku/Remedy. Every time Ozma moved I would attack with Jitan/Zidane, throw a Wing Edge with Salamander/Amarant, and cast Jihad/Doomsday with Vivi.
What carried the day was Ozma casting Jihad/Doomsday, which damaged itself while healing two of my party members and not touching the other two. Then the Magic Return came in, with two successive blows against Ozma. Not only that, but while Ozma was casting Jihad/Doomsday, I'd make sure to select Vivi to cast Jihad/Doomsday himself. Four hits against Ozma, while giving weakened party members lots of time to recover using their Regen!
I defeated Ozma the second time it cast Jihad/Doomsday.
This was purely luck. I believed when I beat Ozma, it cast Meteor only twice. Once actually kept the two characters with Magic Return alive so they could shoot Meteor right back at Ozma (and it hit, too, both times, for lots of damage). The other wiped out my party except that Eiko was under Reraise/Auto-Life (from Salamander/Amarant's Aura) so she revived. Ozma's next move was Curaga, so I just had Eiko cast Phoenix to revive the rest of the party.
There were times, though, when, for example, Ozma would open up, before I got a chance to do anything, with a Meteor spell that killed all party members. There were about 5 game overs before I finally got it.
Also, if I recall correctly, he cast Kaazu/Curse once, which sorta messed up my party for a while. Also, the Gysahl Greens are good for undoing the Berserk spell Ozma likes to cast after a magical or throw attack.

Its been years but I think my final party for Ozma was Zidane, Eiko, Steiner and Vivi. My levels were in the 80s though so props to you for doing it with your levels. I honestly found Ozma to be one of the easier Final Fantasy super bosses, I needed less preparation than I did for Emmy and Ruby in FF7 and Omega in 8. I've yet to tackle Penance and the dark aeons in FFX, working on that.
