In Australia the game is rated R18+, meaning that it is only able to be purchased by adults, it has been marketed as such compared to Dragon Age Inquisition and Skyrim. It likely sounds very annoying to hear that the game is made for adults, but it is part of a big shift in the medium as a whole, and something older consumers are asking for after growing up with various RPGs. The male nudity itself from what I have read is under the idea of fair.... I think the word is "service", among the genders, something the growing medium needs on the mature side. But really from reading around it really does look like the game is not doing things to exploit characters "sexually", but actually "intimately", a hard comparison to make, but the adult stance is beyond thinking "lol, bewbs".
I looked up a few sources and word is that there is something within the first "15 seconds", that cannot be skipped for character connection. If you want to be totally honest with your parents, tell them that, make sure your sister does not see, and likely other parts may be optional or something.
