Technically Stretchmo is free, though you can buy the extra level packs.
Only the Monster Hunter 4 demo is free, as is with Monster Hunter 3U.
The Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario demo has unlimited plays.
There plenty of other demos that are free to download.

I can't find the baseball one or stretchmo, are they region exclusive?

MH3 seems to run out of plays but I haven't downloaded it so I don't know, MH4 doesn't

Stretchmo is the US name for Fullblox, not sure about Rusty's Real Deal Baseball though....

It's free to download. There is a difference and then you have to buy the games for it to play them. You do get a game demo though.
