also I want to know how to get good guns easily

I found it important to up my Small Guns skill early, because all non-energy firearms are crap at lower skill levels.
The two non-energy weapons I most use are the Chinese Assault Rifle and Sniper Rifle. (I prefer to fight at range.)
The others I pretty much ignore.

The easiest sniper rifle is from that guy (named Arizona or something) Minefield.

Assault rifles are pretty easy to find. The Chinese one is a bit more scarce but not much.

Early on, the best source for ammo (and extra caps) is a high Luck setting.

For energy weapons the one I most use is the Wazer Wifle from that kid in that cave place

Another good energy weapon is that special plasma rifle from that robot dude that is captain of the guard in Rivet City (Harkness).

In general all weapons are weak until their related skill setting is high enough.

Sorry for the vague references; I don't have the game booted at the moment.

If you really want to break the game, you can get the Alien Blaster really early and use it to mug a BoS patrol for their stuff, or venture into the Deathclaw cave and get the unique Gatling laser. Otherwise, I agree, the unique Plasma Rifle you get for doing the android quest in Rivet City is an easy weapon to get early that is very powerful.
