Please list every method, not just one [Look harder if you can only think of ABXY]
[note: ones listed with * are original DS games]
-Mario Golf World Tour
-Freakyforms Deluxe
-Shrek Ogres and Dronkeys*
-The Humans:Meet the Ancestors*
-Brain Training*
-Rabbids 3D

I think this is the way

System Settings > Data Management > Nintendo 3DS > Software

Then you click each one of those titles and click delete

Alternatively, if those are the only games actually on your system, you can take the SD card and put it into a computer with an SD slot and delete them that way (though I suggest the first method because that could edit the formatting and I have no idea what I'm actually talking about)

Most games save to the game cart.

They're on game cards, not downloaded.

I'm not sure for your particular titles but usually you can do it through the game itself. Put the game cart in and select it but don't open it and in the bottom left there should be a manual for the 3DS ones. The headings vary but usually there are ones like "Saving Data" with instructions on deleting data which may be holding certain buttons down on launching but it does vary.

Now I have never owned or played a DS game (went straight from gameboy advance to 3DS) but I don't think they have an electronic manual and instead came with a paper one which would hold those kind of instructions.

I only have 3 game carts and none are the ones you own so I'm sorry. :?

Mario Golf 3DS should have an option to delete the saved data in the options menu.
Though DLC data is saved to the memory card.

Freakyforms has you press A+B+X+Y all at once before the title screen appears to erase all data.

DS game deletion, A+B+X+Y+L+R at game boot up (should work for all).

Shrek game says hold the select button at the title as the game is cycling through the data.

Anyways most games have the option in the option menu.
