I don't know of any. My suggestion would be to do a Google image search with "large size" as an option. Here's a site I (literally) just found with some mario pictures.

well I probably won't make t-shirts, anyway I wouldn't sell them or anything. But I would like to find some images for my own personal use.

Have you tried www.hottopic.com? I went to an actual mall that had a Hot Topic Store. There are all kinds of Nintendo related shirts. For some examples, there's a shirt that says "Toadally" with Toad on top, there's "You Lose" with a Goomba on top, there's "Byte Me" with a Piranha Plant on top, and there's "1up" with a Green Mushroom on top. You know what, there's not just shirts that are Nintendo related. There's hats, sweatshirts with hoods, and wrist bands. So, try that site out. :D

I don't think you could be sued, if you put the copyright symbol and Nintendo at the bottom of the shirt. Then you're giving them credit, as it being their character.

Also Hot Topic, sells alot of video game t-shirts. Try looking there:

Or for the more old-school feel, try http://www.80stees.com/.

Making it for yourself won't cause any sort of copyright trouble, unless you intend to sell it, or use Cafepress etc
