How on earth did I forget about Pokemon?

Yugioh. I used to play it online, but not anymore.

I don't know many other card games...
Except maybe for "Trump Boy", which is a Gameboy game. I'm sure there's a real name for this card game, but I don't know it...

Before the game starts, everyone is assigned a place from 1st to last.
Highest place gives 2 of their crap cards to lowest place,
who in turn gives their 2 best cards to highest place.
Second highest gives 1 crap card to second worst,
second worst gives 1 of best cards to second highest.
And persons in the middle remain neutral.

Basically you have to play higher tier cards than what's already on the table. And when you open you can play multiple copies of the same card, so other players are forced to play that many copies as well.
If they don't have that many copies, they can't make a play.
First person to lose all cards in their hand wins first place and earns most points. Second to lose their cards get second place, gets second highest amount of points etc... and you try to get the highest score over the course of many games.
If you know the actual name of this card game, please let me know!
