Have you ever referred to the Wii and had someone think you said "weed"? It's happened to me many times.

This is a serious discussion. I've said "I have a Wii", and the person I said it to has responded "You smoke weed?". And I responded No, I was referring to the Nintendo Wii.

But in all seriousness, you should say "Nintendo Wii" instead of "Wii" and stop acting like drug addict lol.

That last part was a joke but anyway yeah, I hope your thread works out but I am skeptical.

I've often wondered if other people think "Wii" as in "pee". I even once saw a cartoon on a Christmas card where a little boy tells a mall Santa "I wanna Wii." and Santa says, "I wanna wee too kid, the coffee goes right through me", or something like that. :lol:

I call it the Nintendo Wii. But I once called it a Wii Wii as a joke because it makes me think of pee and a kid saying it.

In all seriousness though, I always referred to it as "Nintendo Wii", because it's easy for people to get confused and think you're talking about "wee", which normally refers to urination.
