Rejected Guinness letter/TMNT record

My application got rejected by Guinness for the Final Fight high scoring record, but I am still going to attempt to break it in June at the NW Pinball and Arcade Festival in Tacoma, WA at its Convention Center. In two days, I will break the world record set by David Price from New York City, NY with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time arcade game at Another Castle Arcade Edition in Edmonds, WA with Richard Anthony Grant as my main witness since he'll have the video to back it up. darn well if you get the witnesses and video they might let you try again with an official there. Not sure how these things work can they accept the video as evidence?
