I just got to thinking about this after the last couple of days where I was back across the street with my friends and playing Guitar Hero (360, I, II, bits of everything really). Seems like when I'm doing things in general, whether its just handling life or playing a game and things are getting thrown at me so fast and so hectic that it feels like keeping up is at least a few steps beyond my means and yet I still do - I feel like its actually helping my neurological health. Its just another reason why I wouldn't mind going out and buying Guitar Hero, might even want to start playing Gears of War with my buds too or just whatever really seems to push the limits of what my nerological allowance for focus seems to be.

So does anyone else have their own games they think work well along those lines, particularly in terms of first person shooter, racing games, or skill games in general? Not that I don't still love my real time stragegy but they don't really have the same potential IMO to ratchet up my coping skills in life and reduce my general brain fatigue and overload.

Forza 2 is coming out, and it is a great racing game.
