Would have to be Alex Kidd and the Lost Stars. Anyone who has played that game would know that. It's for Sega Master System, and it is HELL.

Any other nominees for this less-than-prestigious title?

Reign of Fire... that game sucked, both because of its short length, crappy movie tie-ins, poor graphics, and rubbish interface. The storyline SUCKED.

The Universal Studios game or Star Wars: Bounty Hunter would be my picks (although the latter was occasionally entertaining).

Any game with really good graphics when played online.
I have this one game that I sometimes play online and it lags like HELL. It's so annoying.
I can't participate in a lot of things very well due to lag.

Spider Solitaire because other people who play it play it for hours on end subjecting normal people to the foolishness.

Don't forget the annoying "AAH!" when he gets hurt, and the even more annoying "Find the Miracle Ball" before the level starts.

"Oni", I changed my scratched FFX game for that crap, and I think it's the most annoying game.

There are SOOOO many bad or frustrating games. I really don't know what the worst would be, but LJN's X-Men for the NES was TERRIBLE.

Everyone seems to love the Super Monkey Ball games, but I hate those too. I hate heights/falling off of ledges in games, and I hate super technical-make one mistake and it's over-type games, and Super Monkey Ball is both.

Did you play the original on the Genesis? Or the version that comes with Sega Genesis Collection on the PSP/PS2? I just recently played through it on the PSP, and actually enjoyed it quite a bit. But that version lets you save any time, so I'd save at least a couple of times per level, so I could just reload if I screwed up. I think it would have been way too hard if not for the ability to save anywhere.

There is only one good Alex Kidd game and that would be Alex Kidd in Miracle World. It's simple yet challenging, straight to the point yet has a storyline, cool side-game (I love Janken Matches), I love the vehicles, and a host of items to use! Tell me, what game can beat that? Other than Sonic the Hedgehog of course.

*consideres starting an Alex Kidd thread*
