My girlfriend surprises me today.
While we were going to the store She picked up an xbox one with 2 games i've been wanting to play for the last few years.
This surprised me a lot and I'm quite happy to be able to game again and play the franchises i really Enjoy playing, like hitman, watchdogs (these are the games i have now).
Gaming helps me to release anger and frustration in a non destructive, non violent, non keeping it to myself way.
In a weird way it also helps me to see my,emotions... because i get frustrated when it doesn't work out.
