I'm just here to say that without buying anything for money but 3/4 of naxx because it was not going to exist anymore I thought, I made it into the top 25% of Hearthstone players last month! I was quite proud. The last few days were really something, it was like everyone changed decks or something and my unique mage deck decimated many of them. Was at rank 13 I think.

I'm sure there are people here who have made it higher. Good for you! I'm proud this personally. I don't spend much time working towards much else these days.

I do not mean to upset people who do not get this far in it.

I have a decent Paladin deck that has great potential, but I'm not that good of a player. I have about a 50% win rate with that deck and would like to improve it. I'm awful in arena, though; I'm lucky if I get two wins. Perhaps you could help me a bit with that? What's your ID number in the game?

Congrats! I still have hearthstone, but I haven't had the motivation to play in quite a while. One of the better card games I've played though. I'm a free player, so I lose interest when trying to grind sometimes.

I suck at ranked. I want to say I have a somewhat decent freeze mage deck. I havent looked up any deck ideas at all.

I really hope the C'Thun decks die out somewhat when more cards come out. It's getting old to face it. Its pretty easy to deal with it generally- but its just a cheap way for people to get easy/cheap wins a ton. Hearthstone should be more about strategy in my view, not just people using the same decks over and over.

I enjoy arena and tavern brawl a ton more than ranked. I like the randomness of it.

Well the game is DESIGNED so that it'll match you to try to get you at around a 50% win rate. Like, it'll bump you until you start to lose and then will level out around 50%

I'm pretty awful in arena too. Sometimes I don't think arena is matched well though. Like, you see people have decks that hve like 4, rares, while I would not even have had the chance to have that many. It's also not always fair because I don't think even 4 or 5 games with a deck is necessarily a good representation of how good the deck is. Like I've played games where I've drafted 3 of a card and never seen it once in all my 3 losses.
I do like that it's a fun way to get more packs though, and that I can keep getting cards for free.

I've now bought a couple of adventures for money, which I really liked. Especially Naxx. I raided Naxx during the height of my WoW days, and I knew all the bosses like the back of my hand. The way they translated the WoW bosses into a boss in Hearthstone, a card game, I thought was really inventive and neat. I'm very slowly going through hardmode adventures for the fun of it, but they get quite frustrating.

Some tavern brawls I -really- like; can fool around with lots of cool things. Some I detest though.

I once had an AMAZING arena run of 7 wins, but honestly I probably average out at 1 win, not even 2.

I also don't look up deck ideas, but I don't do that on purpose. I like to think of things of my own accord, you know?
Sometimes I'll copy-ish a deck I've seen that I think is unique and smart, but I don't go on the forums or anything.

Oh, I also wish there were an unlimited time limit because of concentration issues I have, but I COMPLETEY understand why it's there. But when I'm playing the solo adventures I fully take time to process each decision and I enjoy that.

im a noob, but i play a warlock deck (because its badass haha, i like the darkness). i warn you that im not very good and would probably fall for the most obvious of traps. i could always use more friends to play this with, my battle tag is:

why did i choose warlock? because the dark power whispered to me its dark temptations, it told how it could solve my problems and really help me and so i took the fel creatures offer (in reality, i always feel that i run out of cards to play, so it solves the issue really)

haha no takers? its because im a warlock isn't it, you guys don't consort with darkness then?

I got a new phone and apparently I get a couple packs of cards with the phone, so I'm playing again .
I noticed that I can't use my Dr. Boom anymore though
