I played World Series Baseball for the Game Gear. I named my team the Sonics...and the team logo was Sonic the Hedgehog. I thought that was the coolest thing in the world. I named another teams the Tails, and another team the Knuckles...but those didn't work. Still generic create a team logo.

I watched my brother play grand theft auto 3. He fought this one dude on a bridge, and finished him off with a gun blast. We couldn't find the body anywhere, and forgot about. Later he was swimming under the bridge and saw a pair of legs sticking straight up out of the water.

I was playing dark stalkers on the PS, and the sounds started glitching up. Whenever demitri would upper cut, he would scream "Yo!"
When Lord Raptor jumps, his animation usually makes his mouth chatter, but it moves incredibly fast so you usually can't follow it, but since the game was bugging up and slowing down, you could see each chomp of his mouth, and some weird noise would accompany it. It sound like "Nomp!"
An explosion.

Usually the American games have the funniest glitches. I was playing Baldurs Gate, Dark Alliance, and there's this part with a row of thieves that fling knives at you. I pushed some movable boxes and created an enclosure from which they couldn't escape. Their AI requires them to get around barriers, but they couldn't so the ten of them just raced around in the space.

Zoo Tycoon 2 has a few good ones, mainly things along the lines of floating heads and ghost animals.

Getting to the top of the really steep and high cliffs in Bubsy 3D. You could then run across and skip the levels and jump off the cliff where the exit was. I remember doing it in 2 player, I found a bonus stage (unintendedly, lol). This was meant to be impossible to do, but could be done in numerous places with practice.

In Super Smash Brothers for the N64, I would beat Link in a stock match at Hyrule Castle without getting hit once. I would stand at the edge of the cliff on the left side, and Link would spin over me, and fall off the edge. Then he would come back, and approach the same way, and die the same way.

I also remember Pokemon sex. Well, actually it was any character sex, but in Mushroom Kingdom, if you stand on top of the brick path on the left side, and two computer opponents are below you, right below the pipe, they move in such a way that it looks like computer sex. Facing Link and Samus in a handicap match is amusing here.

My cousin was not able to save his game on Grand Theft Auto unless he cheated, got a tank, and picked up speed downtown by blasting tank bombs and crashed into the ocean and died. I have no idea what led him to that point, but the game would not save otherwise.

I probably found every bug there is on the games I played. Too bad I can't remember more of them.

Relm's Sketch bug from Final Fantasy 3 US always comes to mind. Incredibly useful and game-breaking if you mange to survive the glitch. You'll get plenty of powerful items crammed into inventory and you'll never have to worry about money again after selling the 100,000 dirks you get.

I think the Sonic logo only works with "Sonics".

I'd also like to mention the Swingset of Doom from Grand Theft Auto 4. Fastest way to get halfway across Liberty City(and deforms the cars unlike anything else in the game).

I found a funny glitch in Alpha Protocol. The game is designed to save on checkpoints, but they remove the enemies prior to your save to make it fair that you aren't attacked on a check point. Anyway, a couple areas in the game are funny if you reload your auto save because it removes some enemies in areas you haven't been yet in the forward direction. This is most notably in the "Bug Al Samad Airfield" mission. I'm guessing because the map varies back and forth that the game somehow rids enemies you haven't encountered yet because it removes enemies behind you that are technically yet to be reached because the path winds back and forth. Uh... basically from the first load of the level, if you reload your save from the start of the level almost all of the enemies are gone for most of the level. There's only the first guy you encounter in the level standing in front of you and the rest of the intro to the level is vacant. This is funny when your handler is talking to you through your comm telling you to be careful and quiet

The "Bug Al Samad Airbase" level is the most notable for this though because I've figured out the check points that remove enemies. So since I know exactly which check points to re-load I can play the whole mission while only running into two enemies :D This isn't a glitch that happens in much of the game though. It's mostly only this level although there's a exploit that if you sneak past a hoard of enemies and reach a check point and re-load, you can back track and look for valuables without enemy confrontation. This works in quite a few areas of the game :)

Two different times playing Burnout 2 on my Gamecube I inexplicably fell through the road and fell in blackness until I restarted the race. I actually captured it by chance on video once.

When I was in second or third grade and my sister was in first or second grade, we were messing around with Gameshark, and we decided to make our Pokemon invincible or something in Pokemon Ruby. When we did that, we ran to some area in the desert or something, and we found a wild ?. (It's name really is ?) We decided to catch it, and we thought it was a shiny Bulbasaur or something (since it's icon was, in truth, a shiny Bulbasaur), but it turned into (no surpise for Pokemon fans who ran into this) a bad EGG. We went to the Pokemon center (because it was on zero HP and we were ignorant people, then), and when we healed it, there was a multitude of Pokeballs on the screen, and we got scared, so we turned it off. It magically saved at the Pokemon Center somehow, and Nurse Joy said that there were small organisms on our Pokemon.

That really freaked us out, so we didn't play for a year.

Oh, and my sister was bragging to her friends about her level 100 Swampert (that we got by cheating).

On Red Dead Redemption I made wagons spiral away in the air a few times. I wish I would have videotaped it.
