Anyone else had problems with The Witcher 3 expansions?

I downloaded the Blood and Wine expansion on PS4 and it crashes ridiculously often. Sometimes you can get around it and avoid whatever cutscene or battle leads to the crash, but now there is a crash in the main quest, so i'm screwed. Would appreciate it if anyone knows how to fix this. I have the latest updates, so presumably some of these problems should be solvable.
