I recently picked it up again....after a 3 year hiatus. Anyone else here play it?

yes i have played for about 10 years. mostly green is my color .

I kinda got out of it. Wizards is really reaching for ideas lately. Sometimes I'll randomly get together with people and play a game or two though. I was hanging out with my friend earlier today and he, his brother, and I played a couple of games.

I tend to play black. Pestilence and Last Laugh are my favorite cards.

last checked out time spiral...seemed like magic was getting good again. but then again, i started getting into it around the time of urza's legacy.

I've got a lot of cards, (mostly mirrodin & kamigawa) but haven't played in ages. The interest just gradually drained away as it became harder and harder to find opponents who werent idiots.

yeah i know what you mean about idots i can beat about any one i play with without trying

I've been playing for a while. I'd like to find someone else who plays. I have an average soldier deck, an amazing elf deck if you don't have a dry spell, a direct damage deck, and a blue/red control deck which seems to be my best deck.
The control deck's greatest weakness seems to be rushes. It can usually survive my elf deck or my soldier deck until it can build up mana and win, but I've never tried it against a pure damage rush deck. I've yet to see it against another control deck.







and there are just so many things like that. I'm rambling on... I'm bored and magic deprived. What can I say?

true true. but you can play with other people that you dont have to meet. pluse you could play with other wrongplanet members
