That's a good question, I've played and seen a lot of games, but it's not super easy to think of ones of the top of my head. Recently, there was a game called Detroit: Become Human, where there is an android character, Connor. I'd say he, just like all portrayals of androids in movies/games tends to portrayed with autistic traits. I also know Symmetra from Overwatch is supposed to be ND, but I haven't played the game too much myself so I don't know in what way it is demonstrated.

Overall, you will still find video games lagging behind tv shows/movies as far as representing autistics.

Boo! He only looks at you when you turn your back on him, and he stops and puts his hands over his eyes when you look at him. That ghost sure hates eye contact!

You are correct he is meant to have Asperger's and even quotes it once or twice in the game.

None of them. Video game characters are not real people; not being real people, they don't have minds; not having minds, they cannot develop; being unable to develop, they cannot have developmental disorders; and not having developmental disorders means they cannot have autism.

The Master Chief. Hyperfocused on his um... tasks. Not very social and not much of a talker. Never looks anyone in the eye.

yes symmetra is autistic its actually confirmed in the accompanying overwatch comics which i dont read but i do play the game (the game is considered non canonical its really all the stuff like the comics and animated shorts that contain the lore, the only ingame things with elements of lore are the voice lines)

the page confirming it:
