There were some real nice games for the GBA and the console was great. In retrospect I particularly liked how games for Gameboy and Gameboy Color could be played on it, as well as the GBA games. I really wish that the old games could be played on the 3DS, not just on the old DS (and even that one only allows for GBA games).

I still have my GBA and the good games I owned for it.

IMO it was the best of the portable gaming devices that ever released. It had a killer selection of games, and came in multiple models that catered for a variety of use cases - I personally had a Gameboy Micro which was very compact and had changeable faceplates, and had really great battery life.

Strangely the Gameboy Micro escaped me entirely. I didn't even know about its existence until recently.

I thought it was great. Especially when I want to play games in direct sunlight. And it has Doom!

I really like the GBA. It's my favorite 2D system. I really wish the original GBA had a backlit screen. Even in a well-lit area, I can barely see what's going on. Fortunately, they fixed that with the SP.

The GBA was a great system and I still play titles from it on emulators

I was playing my GBA all last week.

Admittedly I was only playing Tetris on it. It was an original GB cartridge, so it was sticking out of the top of the GBA.

I've still got my original GB with its original box.

I play GBA all the time. I've been playing GBA games on my DS at work lately.

It was my first gaming system. I remember getting it for Christmas because my hand eye coordination was terrible and it help me get better with it and I really wanted to play a game that was based off my special interest at the time.
