Imagine you are an RPG character. For the sake of sameness we will use the D&D stat blocks. Categories: constitution, dexterity, strength, wisdom, intelligence and charisma.

My build:

Con: 10 (+0) used to be higher but unlike in an rpg actually goes down with experience
Dex: 9 (+0) slightly below average but not unusable
Str: 10 (+0) average for all humans, actually low for males
Wis: 12 (+1) Secondary stat
Int: 18 (+4) Primary casting stat
Cha: 8 (-1) Dump stat

I'll like to take part in this, I make a lot of character sheets for fun, just hope that my self awareness can be good enough.

Con: 8 (-1) I have always had a pretty bad time with endurance, despite my size always needing more breaks
Dex: 13 (+1) used to be better, able to be surprisingly dexterous
Str: 10 (+0) same about being generally average with population in general, but not much compared to others
Wis: 14 (+2) Maybe used to be higher, but my eyesight fell a bit, but I would like to see that I can be surprisingly insightful
Int: 12 (+1) I would say I am smart, good at numbers, but memorization has never been something I am good at
Cha: 15 (+2) Primary casting stat, which might not be immediately obvious due to being shy and awkward, and rarely socially demanding, but given the right motivation I can be surprisingly charismatic

For D&D I have found myself especially drawn to the Warlock, a charisma based caster, I think it fits myself well. And I think can show that Charisma is more than what can normally be seen as socially dominating, but the ability to express oneself.

Tried a few times to do this sort of thing, looks like I just so happened to use the 5e stat allocation. Been working on an "accurate" insert character, and kind of like these as a start.

I am not sure what numbers in () mean because I don't play that game so I will use them as buffs/debuffs.

Con: 7 (+4) usually I am easily tired and bored, but if something catches my interest I can do it for a long time.
Dex: 11 (-4) better than average, unless tired/bored, when it's get pretty bad.
Str: 5 (+0) I'm using my head and speed, not muscles.
Wis: 12 (-2) Secondary stat, although I lose access to some information stored when I am tired/bored.
Int: 16 (+2) Primary stat, it goes really well with Dex. Think fast, act fast. And be accurate while at it. Increases with interest.
Cha: 10 (+0) Surprisingly it isn't that bad. I can't actively use it but it is working passively. I am pretty good looking so people naturally like me.

(NOTE: I had to convert these stats from a Traveller character I wrote up last year -- 565DAB.)

CON: 7 (+4) - Two heart attacks, but I can still run 2 miles a day on the treadmill.
DEX: 9 (+0) - I can still play piano and fiddle, but arthritis is starting to set in.
STR: 7 (+4) - Not bad for a man my age.
WIS: 16 (+2) - Education and experience.
INT: 19 (+4) - Let's hear it: "For a man so smart, you sure can be stupid!"
CHA: 18 (+4) - This is derived solely from social-economic class. If you subtract for appearance and personality, this score would be in the single-digit range ... the low single-digit range.

I'm an eleventh-level Male Human Warrior with seafaring and wilderness survival skills. My preferred HTH weapon is the cutlass, and my ranged weapon is the crossbow. I wear leather armor. I am also a tinkerer -- I can make and repair complex clockwork mechanisms if given the appropriate tools and materials.  I shun so-called "magical" items.

By 5e rules the number in brackets would be what you add, or subtract in case of a negative number, for any roll performing a skill of that attribute. They move up a number for every two points (even number), with 10 being the average, so it is a +0, 11 would also be a +0, but 9 would be a -1. As an example, most animals would have an intelligence 2 (-4), but a person having an 18 (+4) would be the edges of naturally gifted possible, very few of anything gets over 20 (+5), and usually would say that less than 8 (-1).

A strength of 5 would put you on *checks notes* just stronger than a badger, but weaker than an eagle, not taking size differences into account.
