Pre-purchase didn’t work

I recently pre purchased a game and it said it would be playable after a small update at midnight. It’s 9:33 AM where I live and no update and my game can’t be played despite it being the release date. Is this a time zone thing?

Seems more like a vaporware thing.

Good to hear it is working.

In our state there are strict social distances rules for many businesses during the lockdown.
Basically only one employee is allowed in the building at any given time.

Also, while it is possible to do a lot of IT work remotely, sometimes you
do need to do a hardware reset or access some hardware directly for security reasons.
