A lot of people suspect there is more to this story that we don't know. Either the seller bought their own game for the purposes of money laundering, or the seller is affiliated with Wata and/or trying to drive up demand for the service and/or retro game sales in general, or who knows what...
As far as I know, there is nothing unique about this particular copy of the game that would warrant such a price (or if there is, no one is reporting on it).
