The Tropico games

Who else also likes those? I have "Tropico 6" on PS4 and "Tropico 5" on PC and I enjoy the games humor Now I like playing "Tropico 6" as a dictator (a female one, I have chosen a female as my character) but I can't finish the "Shackland" mission - regardless of how much I try to do this. Any tips on how to increase the number of immigrants? I have already done everything I saw on the net about this but it doesn't help.

Oh, I finally managed to finish that DIFFICULT mission Maybe I'll manage to finish all of them.

I really liked the Tropico series for years, but I'm a bigger fan of the earlier games. I've played about 40 hrs of 5, but I don't find it fun enough to buy 6. For contrast, Steam says I've played 258 hrs of 4. I own the early ones on actual disc but have rebought them on GOG.

I only have Tropico 3 and Tropico 4 and I enjoy both games a lot. I think 4 is a bit easier than 3 but not so easy that I feel like I'm not being challenged when I play it.

I finished missions 1 to 11 but I can't finish the whole rest of the missions
