It's alarming how obvious these consuls were ripped off, but it's rather amusing. The soviet game system I can kinda understand, if they weren't allowed to have nintendos then having a nintendo rip-off is better than nothing....... How did Poly Station make enough money to continue up-grading to a Poly Station 3 (--play station 3--) level?

I reckon they just wanted to cash in on the current consoles, it's not because they sold well. They probably sold other merchandise to have the money to make these rip-offs. I imagine these would be much cheaper than the actual console they are based on.

I, at the same time, wish for both more rip-offs to laugh at and less so that there wouldn't be so much clutter on the market.

Presumably for stupid people who can't tell the difference between a quality console and an extremely cheap rip off with sub-quality build and prehistoric hardware. Also for parents who can't afford the real consoles.

I'm surprised that they haven't been sued, though.

Got, that Vee is just...ach. I tried watching videos of people play it at youtube...it was PAINFUL. Now the makers of it are coming out with a PS3 rip off called "Winner."
