I like starcraft, I dont like sims I played it long enough to want to drive houses full of sims insane (but felt mean). I like first person shooters (half life 2, team fortress 2) , rts games and games like civilisation ... cant wait till spore comes out :D

Im also a sucker for those popcap things, I play bejewelled a lot on my palm pilot and got addicted to peggle for a while :) I used my nintendo ds and puzzle quest to break the cycle.

I love PC gaming but I can't afford to have a decent system. Maybe when I have a full time job, I will be able to return to PC games but right now I love my Xbox 360 and Wii. My favourite genres are first person shooters like Half-Life, Bioshock, Crysis and Stalker, turn based strategy games like Rome:Total War, Alpha Centauri and Civ, and RPGs like Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Morrowind and Oblivion.

I've always been a console gamer primarily but with the console prices being as high as they are now I find it far cheaper to game on the PC. Especially when you consider that the hardware you buy for your PC can help in other everyday functions, like video editing/converting, or simply running the latest applications (itunes comes to mind, being the resource hog it is).

I've recently purchased a factory overclocked 8800GT for my PC, which cost $350 which is a heck of a lot cheaper than an Xbox 360 or PS3. Heck, it's the same price as a Wii. It's probably more powerful than the graphics hardware on those systems as well.

Not so much anymore. I have a lot of games, but basically got sick of them all. The only games I really want to play now (Crysis, call of duty 4) I would need to upgrade my PC to be able to enjoy them.

It's all perspective, but i like it :)

The gameplay is a mix between a low grade first person shooter and a rpg, no engrossing storyline but it has loot grinding and level grinding down to a science.
