playing FOC Death star II problem

FOC is Forces of Corruption expension pack of Star wars Empire at war

A given moment i build the death star II went to Naboo, when i came in the galactic screen back it exploded without placing it in the destroy slot, the emperor aboard was put on the character bar above (logical) but why did it exploded ? there was no roquesquadron or red squadron in the game

why cant i rebuild it again ?
