Friggin impressive. So get this: a guy working in his spare time for over 5 years creates a retail-quality video game for the nintendo DS.

I wish I could do that. It's a pity that the average game nowadays requires so many people to make it. Like with the movie industry, there are only a few successful independent developers.

Alright, that's it, I'm gonna start working single-handedly on my own game now. My music and pixelling skills suck, though, and I don't know much about programming. :?

Saw this a few days ago, looks pretty awesome...even though there's not much info yet.

Shame he intends to go commercial...would definitely be the best homebrew out there, hands down ;)

I thought at first you were talking about the DS port of Cave Story. That would be the best homebrew DS game ever.

This looks interesting, though. It reminds me of Earthbound.
