10,000 Gamerscore!! !!

last night i reached 10,000 gamerscore it's pretty awesome having such a high gamerscore alot of people on my freinds list noticed and said GZ :D:D:D:D:D:D

Congrats, I was happy too when I reached it, I always try to convince myself that achievements are not important, but reality is I'm happy when I unlock one, I spent a lot of time trying to unlock difficult ones and I DO care about my gamerscore :wink:

I remember I used to think when you hit 10,000 gamerscore, microsoft would send you a message saying "I love you" and then post you an unsold copy of viva pinata speacial edition. I was so disappointed

ah well, nice going mate. Next stop 20,000

Mine is only 12010, I remember when I hit 11110 (or something close) I was excited, it is pretty here is a nice picture in the spirit of gamerscores

I feel proud when I look at all my achievements, but I wish Gamerscore actually meant something though... Like when you get to 50,000 you earn a free murder or when you get to 100,000 people must bow in your presence sumin like that...

Gamerscore should affect RPG games. like when you get 10k people in games like Fable 2, Fallout 3, Mass effect and the like will respect you more. around 20k GS will start to give you money/ammo /money & ammo. 30K will make you an almighty ruler of all the land.

I think they're used to download things from the xbox live marketplace.

Nope, on XBL things can be bought with Microsoft points, which you buy with money. Gamerscore will buy you nothing. Although some achievements unlock gamerpics. But that's it I'm afraid old chap =(
