Now, i pride myself on games. Theyre basiclly all i do, So, when i get to mastering a game, i feel i have to share it. I have almost totalled Gears of war 2, Ive nearly done it on Hardcore, about all the collectibles, yada-yada-yada. Who else has mastered a game?

I mastered Smash Bros. Melee back when the Gamecube was popular. I would do 1vs3 matches against my friends. My god, that was satisfying.

I've "mastered" too many games to recall, but I usually don't end up getting all the collectables...especially once they start getting impossible.

Like Mario 64 DS, if you get all the coins, all you win is another dumb card game...so skip that @_@

I only play the Halo games on legendary mode, you don't really get the full experience of how smart the AI is on any other setting. I was a game tester on the first Halo in 2001, so I've got sort of an insider's view of how the thing plays against you. I'm currently working on Farcry 2 on Infamous difficulty, that's been a nightmare because you go down so quickly that unseen snipers and sudden jeep attacks can put you out before you even know your under attack, and the save system is a bit sparse, so it can be frustrating. I went through Gun on it's hardest setting, where many of the bosses have one hit kills on you, that was frustrating but very satisfying when I finally beat it. I haven't tried Fallout 3 on it's toughest setting yet, but I don't think it will be too much of a challenge for me, I've got that game pretty well figured out at this point.

I beat an episode of the original Doom on Nightmare. Does that count?

Yeah, and I guess I beat Quake on "nightmare" with all secrets and kills.

Doom on Nightmare, even if it's just Knee Deep in the Dead, certainly counts.

Same with Quake on Nightmare. Shamblers are so troublesome!

Protip: Knee Deep in the Dead is actually much harder than Inferno on Nightmare. Inferno seems to have been intentionally designed for speed runs, so you really just need a few cans of mountain dew, a firm grasp of the strategy for the level and a pretty high (but not godly) skill level.

I am currently playing Force Unleashed at the level of Sith Lord. Before that difficulty, most of the minibosses are pushovers. But at Sith Lord (I haven't yet played Sith Master) they become a bit more difficult.

The level that I am at is where I am trying to beat PROXY. He isn't too hard during the first half, but unlike the earlier difficulties, when he changes into Darth Maul your health bar isn't restored. Therefore you are fighting him with whatever health you have left from the previous fight, and he tends to have some real devastating moves. But its fun though! :D
