This game was the best video game experience of my life when i was a kid :P. it was just so damn fun!! It's out for the virtual console, and i've bought it :D I hope it still kicks *ss, because it had so special graphics, music gameplay and exciting storyline 8O. Don't you guys think it owns too?!

I don't think it 'owns'. However, it is a fairly good game. I actually prefer, so far, the GameCube Paper Mario game, The Thousand Year Door.

I loved Paper Mario! It was so unique and quirky. I also got it for the Virtual Console, but for some reason it's not quite as fun as when I first played it when I was little. I never did finish it, I think I might've gotten halfway through if that, because the game was just a rental. Nevertheless, good memories. I also have the Gamecube one, which is fun too, but not as good as the N64 version imo.

both games are good, but the thing i REALLY like about paper mario 64 is that you can go to your own house and visit the many places in the mushroom kingdom a little more freely than most mario games

I played through the koopa's fortress yesterday, and it was so insulting to my intelligence that i didn't know the trap who the koopa placed on top of the stairs :wall:. But it was necessary to proceed :?. I still think the game's pretty awesome :)

My only problem is that grinding is more boring than it is in the Final Fantasy games...

I agree. I played that game back during my middle school years and it consumed me. I had a lot of fun with it and I played the game about 5 times. I sold my N64 though so I have not played it since 2002. I however did play Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door and to me, it wasn't the same or nearly as good as the original. If I ever get virtual console games, I'll be sure to re buy it.

I don't recall ever having to grind in Paper Mario?

I'm playing it, and there is something of a need for grind.

I remember it. Though, it was alright, I wouldn't say it "pwns"... personally, I loved Star Fox 64 to death back in the day, and for that matter, I still do.
