I am unable to answer the poll truthfully because I'm not sure if i'm aspie or not and I'm not sure if I believe in God or not so I haven't answered it at all. I think there's probably a god but it's not the Christian one.

God is God is God. There is no "Christian one" IMO.

Right, the only God is the Muslim God!

No, the only God is the God Beyond Religion.

^^^

Although, I think Greenblue may have been using sarcasm.

There is really only one religion, and that is the religion of God. The only thing that changes is the particular dispensation. Christians are followers of Christ's teaching of God, Muslims follow Mohammed's, Baha'is follow Baha'u'llah(Glory of God). Baha'i= Follower of the Glory.

What I meant was that I think Christians have the wrong idea when they say that God is completely good- I don't believe in the Christian idea of God, but rather my own slightly different idea of God.

And that is ...?

I think that whatever god there is is more likely to have a balanced personality than to be completely good. If God is omniscient and omnipotent, then they can't be completely good as well because then there would be no suffering.

Believing in evolution doesn't rule out belief in God.

No, it doesn't. Why does it have to?

You said that 'the answer is pretty obvious'. This made it sound like you thought that belief in evolution made it obvious what your answer to the poll would be, and I assumed you meant 'no'.

You implied it. But belief in God isn't the most important thing in the world.

You did imply that you can't believe in evolution and God at the same time, whether you meant to or not.
EDIT: Besides, post count is not an indicator of intelligence, and neither is age.

Whatever you actually meant, people are going to argue with what you said, not what you meant. They can't read your mind.

If nothing else, my muscular post-count could never be mistaken for lack of experience or the state of being a n00b.

Well they can argue all they want. What I said never said I didnt belive based on being a librial and an evolutionist. Maybe some people have a belife system that doesnt allow all three, but there are more then one out there.
