What about the ones who do go in for treatment because they can't get over it themselves? What about children who have it? Only the parent knows what's best for them and a kid and teen is too young to decide for themselves. I was still too young at age 14 to decide for myself what I wanted even though I wasn't an anorexic then, I wanted to make my boobs smaller. Good thing they set their foot down and didn't let me do it because I may have regretted it. Heck some adults still aren't capable of making decisions because they regret their choices later in life like having a hysterectomy whatever it's called. That is why it's so difficult to get fixed when you are childfree because doctors are trying to avoid lawsuits and they don't know that you will change your mind and regret it and then sue the hospital for your choice because it's not reversible.
