Think about your own social circles.
How many people in you own social circles behave this way? Seriously. How many?. Say a number.
All thie messages in this site are about specific cases of "assholism". And when I say "specific cases", this is exactly what I mean: it's not a social trend. I have barely known people who behaved that way. And I have known people from different social strata.
Of course, if you meet 100 people and one of them behaves that way,
this is what you remember and this is what you write about on internet. You don't go to a "everydaysexism"-like site to write "
well, today I met 99 people and all of them treated me OK".
So, is there as*holes? Yes, of course. Does that mean that women are treated that way? Nope. Now go to town in Afghanistan, meet these 99 or 100 people and check how they treat women. Yeap, women there have all the right to claim about sexism. Because almost everybody there treat them in a sexist way. This is the difference between "individual assholism" and "women are treated that way".
Or, to say it another way: have you some statistics that shows that shows that those behaviours are majoritary or socially accepted and not individual cases?
