In modern society the power elites decide what they want and then manufacture consent, so how do we really know which views are popular or unpopular? I could post much of what I really believe on this thread, but most of it would just get removed.

Third-party politicians should take over the US government because the majority of US citizens no longer believe that both Democrats and Republicans are capable of understanding the needs of US citizens.

Hmm... it seems to me like US politics is completely unaffected by real popular opinion. Money runs the show. Even for Bernie Sanders. I'm kinda into the principled nonvoter thing.

You'd be surprised at how few problems can't be solved with sufficient shooting. Global warming? Shoot a bunch of people (and bovines). Inequality? Shoot the rich people and take their stuff (or shoot the poor people in exchange for money from the rich people). Infectious disease? Shoot the carriers from far away. Big ass asteroid headed for earth? It's just a matter of a sufficiently large bullet...

Political gridlock is a good thing.

If you are an adult, you are not entitled to a single second of anybody else's labor. There is no "right to enslave."

Countries around the world should create some self sustaining artificial islands where the refugees can go.

You'd either make a very good socialist or a very bad one. Based on your signature I'm guessing the latter.

I don't have anything very unpopular...

legalize all drugs

we are far too harsh on our criminals

speaking of which the justice system is sexist against men and racist against blacks

The world is not just. No man is an island. so i'm definitely for government handouts.

man i suck at this

What I will say is that I don't believe people with A.S. should be allowed to vote.

Rapists, peadophiles, child abusers, and spousal abusers should be marooned on an isolated south-sea island, with only the clothes on their backs, an ID card, and the Holy book of their choice.

I should be elected President of the United States of America.

I'll vote for you.

unpopular? well, i lean mostly to the left..

i think the left side of politics is too full of politically correct bleeding hearts that don't spend any time researching the issues on immigration, and we're too quick to slap anyone who disagrees with immigration as "racist"

i don't like guns, and i don't understand why people get a boner over a big gun. they're manufactured to serve one purpose and one purpose only, end human life. i just don't understand why they're the cornerstone of american culture in 2016.

Ever tried to understand? When I see people doing things that don't make sense to me, I try and figure out what they see that I don't, rather than just dismissing them outright.

Also, as a gun designer, you're demonstrably wrong about the purpose of guns.

You're one of the few here that do.

Most guns aren't manufactured to kill people. They'll made to shoot at paper targets now. Nearly everything on this planet was originally designed to kill humans. Technology was and is driven by the military. Humans like killing each other and are constantly striving to find newer better ways to do it. So just about everyone you take for granted was a military tech. Even this thing called the Internet was built by the military to improve their killing capacity.

Guns just like everything else have been repurposed.

There's a lot of things I don't like, smoking , spegetii, small cars, dogs(why do people like them let's ban them),weed, liquor, fast cars of any type, tuck in shirts(why 0.o).... There's a lot of things I don't like and don't get why others do. I mean I understand why kinda, but I don't get it. But I don't call them names , make fun of them, or try to ban the things they do.

FYI we don't get boners for guns, we get them for women, or men in case of gay gun owners. Thou 1/2 of gun owners are likely women and don't get boners for anything or anyone.

Why do you get boners for things you like?

My unpopular view is that people would be accepting and understanding of others interests, likes, hobbies, views.
It's very unpopular in a judgmental my way or death world we live in though.
