Apple is just now introducing wireless transmission of power, even though the technology has been available for 100 years.

Strange world, isn't it.

I got in trouble in my science class once.

"Now, Thomas Edison invented..."
"No he didn't! He didn't! It was Tesla!"
"Who?"
"Nikola Tesla!"
"No he didn't..."
"Yes he did!"
"Tesla was a strange man, but it was definitely Edison..'
"No! NO NO NO!"

Heh. Irony. Wonder if that's why I stopped paying attention in class and did my own study at home instead.

That's only true to a limited degree. Earth can support more people if they live with fewer resources, which could initially be accomplished by eliminating frivolity and waste. Technology can lower the impacts. But even at a very modest lifestyle, we may be near the carrying capacity. The oceans are being overharvested for most major species, agricultural nutrients are mucking up the water, lead and mercury are increasing in the food chain, species are disappearing, etc. etc. The best way to reverse these problems in the medium to long term is to reduce the human population.

I have looked at simulations which show that atthe current rates we are out of carrying capacity. Similar simulations also show that we could increase our vertical stacking and thus earn carrying capacity equal to the task of supporting trillions and maybe even quadrillions of people on earth. Thats not to mention the space available to colonize the interior surfaces of trillions of
small bodies in the solar system and esp the oort cloud.

What is a cubit yard? I don't think the human footprint can be reduced much below a half acre (at vegetarian subsistence levels). Assuming that we give up roads, stores, schools, office complexes and most industrial products.

dyslexia. my bad. cubic yard.
Cubic yard maybe about 3 of them but, fer sure 5 cubic yards a tray stacking permaculture system all the food 1 person needs.
thats not total ecological footprint, but it is the smallest size for the food end of that footprint possible at the highest tech levels we have.

Yes. I was dumbfounded once when talking with a student from an oil rich country. He saw population growth as the way to a better life - strange, but he thought that the shortage of doctors, engineers and other skilled workers was due to a shortage of people. I suggested that education was the best way to increase the proportion of skilled workers, but he didn't see it.

We need a culture of smart instead of a culture of troll + stupid.

I read briefly about HAARP. Weather control comes to my mind. It would be great to be able to create rain but some sneaky people might rather use it to create tsunamis and hurricanes. It would be an excellent military tactic because they wouldn't have retaliation.
This may be getting off topic, but I am not an expert on this so I'd prefer someone else to start a new thread.

It seems unlikely that they would go through all that trouble and upset physicists and environmentalists for some radio frequency satellites. I have my own passions and it's not to crack this code, perhaps someone else will spend more time obsessing about this one.

And, I am glad that some people have took the time to read Tesla's bio.

I wish I was more aware back then.. but I always knew school was boring for a reason.. mainly because they feed you all these facts, and dont even pay homage t the possibility that they aren't actually facts.. then you take a test on it and are forced to believe something that aint true..

It takes a lot of guts to stand up to authority figures. Looking back I wished I would have done it more even though when I did it got me into lots of trouble. But, even if doing that makes one other person think in the class then it might be worth it.

I looked at HAARP more and even though I believe that there is research being done to control weather, this looks like it's not it.
Anyone know about the Educational Research Complex funded by Rockefeller and Carnegie?

Someone mentioned rense.com it's a great site, so is deoxy.org

The way to end crime and human suffering is to end the war on drugs, fund science more, promote neurodiversity, maximize goal achievement rates, use utopian laser neurosurgery to remove the evil parts of the brain (the bad parts of the anterior cingulate cortex that promote schadenfreude, extreme jealousy, selfishness, evil, and the extreme negative emotions), promote a pro-introvert environment so we can get more alone time without being negatively judged, and to legalize depakote and ritalin and memantine and kratom, promote cognitive enhancers beyond piracetam, and develop and use utopian designer drugs and MAO-Is to raise the ceiling of happiness towards superhappiness and beyond, and replace pain and suffering with a brain chip functional equivalent of pain and suffering without the raw negative feelings of it.
To truly eliminate evil, we will potentially have to force society to get utopian laser neurosurgery so that they can stop being evil. Environmental factors count, but so does neurological structure.
Wouldn't it be great to live in a society that no longer has the neurological structure of evil? A society that no longer targets those with autism spectrum and ADHD. Neurotypicals normalized evil.
The future humans will be superhappy and good, in such a way that it will become quite apparent how sociopathic neurotypical people were by comparison. Evil will no longer be normalized, but it will be phased out instead.
Legalization of MDMA and future functional analogues of MDMA will provide a pathway to heal from the past trauma of narcissistic abuse, and to show a glimpse of a better world.
I unfortunately never had MDMA, so I will never know it's healing power firstha.d
The infinity dragon superhappiness project is the way forward.
