Substitute Victoria for the US and the rest of world for the rest of Australia and this applies down under as well.

Thing is I'm not against all of us wearing masks. My masks have indeed become my security blankets. I even have bad dreams involving being someplace in public only to suddenly realize I don't have my mask. I would not enter anyplace inside with a lot of people without one even though I was at the dentist without it just the other day but that's different. I would definitely not enter a discount or grocery store without one on.

I thought about it and discovered where my anxiety originates. It's when I'm at home watching tv. Suddenly I'll think about wearing the mask and then I'll wonder if it's really safe to wear it a couple hours. Then I'll think about people I see wearing them during long work shifts and think they seem ok. Then I'll wonder if they are really ok. This ruminating is where the anxiety about the mask comes from, I believe.

Because of this, I can never fully relax when I am wearing a mask even though I'm not aware of being anxious.

Did anyone notice how similar anti-maskers are to anti-vaxxers?

Here are some examples of what I think (feel free to add more if you want):

1. They argue that masks/vaccines (M/V) are a threat to personal liberty and freedom

2. They claim that M/V are unhealthy to use

3. They managed to make nonpolitical issues political

4. They make excuses not to use M/V on the basis of religious or moral beliefs

5. They literally throw tantrums when people tell them to use M/V

6. They will likely end up getting sick, which is a direct result of their actions

I've seen many other similarities, but these are just a few that I've noticed lately.

The basis of the antimaskers subreddit is just that, that they are like anti-vaccers(to clarify this is a subreddit that supports masks but is mocking people who wont wear them). But the counter sub-reddit r/f**k masks, are so quick to ban you if you even slightly support masks on their subreddit. Its like the got a guy staying up all night just to ban any stuff that questions their anti-masking like how pathetic can these guys be?

At this point its just a game people on anti maskers troll people on f**k masks to see how long it takes to get the ban hammer. Lately pretty quick, but the f**k masks reddit said no Karens so when I got my ban for questioning them I responded to the mod message with, 'thank you so much Karen' then blocked that subreddit so even if they respond I won't get it so ha ha, the jokes on them.

I have dry eye caused by air flow into my eyes, looks like some type of design fault in medical masks

Could also be that I have an overly large nose

I have a large nose and wear glasses.
That's why I wear a mask I tinkered myself, specifically for my face shape.

My mother said today to me that as long as she, my dad and I are wearing masks and protecting ourselves as well as others that's what really matters. We haven't had any new cases in Nova Scotia for quite a while now, so we should just forget about other people in the rest of the world who are too stupid to wear theirs. Besides, they're making wearing masks mandatory by this Friday.

I'm finding the masks fog up my glasses outside, I keep some spare surgical masks as they break easily.
The community house I go to made some masks and I have trouble getting them over my ears.
Hopefully the elastic will stretch so they will be easier to wear.

Or maybe men with guns should not enforce things? Further isn't it ironic how masks are like the Hijab under Sharia Law? Further no one seems to give a s**t about organic law or common law for that matter.
